What are your guest room
amenities?

Guest rooms are equipped with yukata gowns, bath towels, face towels, bath mats, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, and toothbrush sets. Razors and hairbrushes are provided at reception free of charge.

Is there a refrigerator in the guest room?

Guest rooms are equipped with an empty refrigerator.

Is there a safe-deposit box in the guest room?
A
There are no safe-deposit boxes in the guest rooms.You are responsible for your own valuables.

Do you have rooms with a separate bath and toilet?
A
All our rooms offer separate bathrooms and toilets.
Please note, however, that none of our rooms have bathtubs.

Do you have smoking rooms?
A
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Nor do we offer any smoking areas within the hotel.

Do you have large family rooms that can accommodate many adults?
A
We do not have any rooms for large groups.You may use our Double (one 1400 mm bed) or our Hollywood Twin (two 900 mm beds) rooms. We do not think there would be any problems with having a child sleep in the same bed in a Hollywood Twin room.

Do you offer parking?

Do you charge extra if my child and
I sleep in the same bed?
A
The overnight charge is free for a child of elementary school age or younger (up to 12 years old) sleeping with you in the same bed. An adult applies if your child needs separate bedding.

When do I settle the room charge?
A
Please settle your room charge at check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?
A
As a rule, cancellations are free up to 2 days before check-in.
Cancellations made 1 day before check-in will incur a 20% charge, and those made on the day of check-in an 80% charge. No-shows will incur a 100% charge.
For group reservations of 15 guests or more, please contact your agency or the hotel directly.
For reservations plans with a separate cancellation policy, the relevant policy will apply.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out?
A
Reception will be happy to store your luggage upon request.
Note, however, that valuables are your own responsibility.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel before I arrive?
A
Please contact the hotel in advance. We are happy to store your luggage until check-in, with the exception of valuables, food, and dangerous items. Include your check-in date and reservation name on the shipping label, and address your package to the hotel.
