Cancellation Policy

- ・One day prior to the arrival date･･･20% charge of the booking fee
- ・Day of arrival･･･80% charge of the booking fee
- ・Absence without notification･･･100% charge of the booking fee

- *Parties larger than 15 members must contact the hotel or the sales office used to place the reservation.
- *Please bear in mind that if a cancellation fee is described elsewhere, such as on the booking plan, then that fee will be honored instead.
Accommodation Tax
According to Fukuoka Prefecture and Fukuoka City Ordinance, accommodation tax per person per night (Under 20000 yen: city tax 150 yen, prefectural tax 50 yen, above 20000 yen: city tax 450 yen, prefectural tax 50 yen) will be charged separately on site.
Please note that the accommodation tax is not included in the total room charge at the time of
reservation. Please note that this must be paid separately upon check-in.
